Quality Check Approval
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the return based on the product condition and policy eligibility.
Schedule Pickup
After approval, a courier partner will be assigned to pick up the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.
Receive Refund
Following a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
